Goat Cheese with Infused Honey & Pistachios

This goat cheese with infused honey & pistachios is great appetizer to make for any herb friendly get together or date night in. So simple & easy, that you really can’t even call it a recipe. Now, for the very basic and minimal instructions:

1. Unwrap a log of plain goat cheese and set it on a platter. 

2. Pour 1/4 cup canna-honey over the top of the goat cheese.

3. In a blender or food processor, pulse no-shell roasted & salted pistachios a few times to break them up. Still leaving some larger pieces mixed in with the finer bits. 

4. Sprinkle over the log and serve with toasted buttery crostini bread, or crackers of your choice! So yummy!
