Using a mixer or by hand whisk together your sugar + eggs.
Stir in your melted butter.
Add in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix together.
Finally, stir in your vanilla.
Place ramekins into a baking dish and divide your batter.
Create a water bath by pouring enough hot water into your baking dish to come up about halfway on the ramekins. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. The top will form a crust and the inside should still be gooey, yet set & not runny. Top with your whipped cream and enjoy!
