Hot Fudge Cakes with Infused Whipped Cream


Infused Whipped Cream

  • 1 cup cold heavy cream
  • 1-2 tbsp canna sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Hot Fudge Cakes

  • 2 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup butter melted
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Whipped Cream

  • Whisk all ingredients together for several minutes on medium-high until medium, but not super stiff peaks form. Chill in the fridge until your cakes are ready!


  • Using a mixer or by hand whisk together your sugar + eggs.
  • Stir in your melted butter.
  • Add in the flour and cocoa powder. Mix together.
  • Finally, stir in your vanilla.
  • Place ramekins into a baking dish and divide your batter.
  • Create a water bath by pouring enough hot water into your baking dish to come up about halfway on the ramekins. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 25-35 minutes. The top will form a crust and the inside should still be gooey, yet set & not runny. Top with your whipped cream and enjoy!
