Infused Butterfinger Chocolate Chip Cookies

Some serious amped up additions to my take on the chocolate-chip cookie! These infused butterfinger chocolate chip cookies were one of the first infused recipes I tried and they’re still a big favorite of my husbands. I love the addition of butterfinger in this, but you could swap it out for any of your favorite chocolate candy! Reese’s peanut butter cup anyone? Or a Heath bar? I’m drooling.

Infused Butterfinger Chocolate Chip Cookies

Delicious and chewy chocolate chip cookie recipe that is infused with canna-butter. Please always keep out of reach of children.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 cups All Purpose Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 1 tablespoon Corn Starch
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • Chocolate Chips
  • Chopped Butterfinger Bar
  • 2 tablespoon Cannabis Butter
  • 6 tablespoon Unsalted Butter

Instructions
 

  • Melt your cannabutter and regular unsalted butter together over low heat. Pour into a large bowl and add in your sugars and salt. Whisk until a paste forms and no big lumps are visable.
  • Next, add in your egg, egg yolk, and vanilla and whisk until nice and smooth.
  • Add in your flour, baking soda, and corn starch and thoroughly fold together with a rubber spatula.
  • Now for the fun part. Add your chocolate chips and chopped butterfinger to the dough and mix together. Let the dough chill for 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop onto a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 7-10 minutes. I love a softer and chewier cookie so I usually go with a lower time.
