About Us

Dash of Flower was created by my love of good food, along with my appreciation for the cannabis plant & it's many medicinal benefits. I have a passion for cooking and have loved learning to use cannabis as an ingredient in recipes. Cannabis has also been an important tool in my wellness kit, and I fully believe it can be incorporated into daily life responsibly + productively to help naturally support ones over all well-being. The stigma is long outdated, and I hope in sharing my experience I can help do my part to put an end to it!
