Strawberry, Prosciutto, and Goat Cheese Salad with Infused Balsamic Vinaigrette


Infused Vinaigrette

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2-3 tbsp canna honey
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic grated or minced
  • salt + pepper to taste


  • Arugala
  • Strawberries quartered
  • Goat cheese crumbles
  • Crispy Prosciutto


  • To get your proscuitto crispy, bake it in the oven at 400 degrees F for 8-10 minutes on a parchment lined baking sheet. Keep an eye on it as it can go from crisp to burnt very quickly.


  • For the vinaigrette, combine all of your ingredients in a small bowl and whisk together (or seal it in a mason jar and shake away.)
  • Combine ingredients in a large salad bowl and pour on your dressing! Enjoy!
