Strawberry & Goat Cheese Bruschetta


  • French bread or baguette cut into slices
  • 1 cup strawberries quartered
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1-2 tbsp canna honey
  • 1 log plain goat cheese
  • fresh basil to garnish
  • 1 tbsp butter


  • Melt butter into a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Toast your bread slices on both sides until golden. About 1-3 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  • Lower heat to medium and add in your strawberries, lemon juice, and honey. Sauce for 2-3 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl whip your goat cheese for 3-5 minutes on medium-high speed. Set aside.
  • Now we assemble! Spread the whipped goat cheese over the toast, top with your strawberry mixture, and finally garnish with fresh basil. Enjoy!
